For a period of 120 days from the date hereof, I, , hereby authorize
Faith Financial Group, Inc. to negotiate a loan for my properties known as

as my agent in the amount of $ or as might be mutually satisfactory. I acknoledge that Faith Financial Group, Inc. will be negotiating on my behalf with local and national funding sources. The collateral for the loan will consist of the Property: The collateral, will be provided by me in form and manner satisfactory to the lender. I will execute and deliver all necessary documents to perfect the lender's security in the collateral.

I acknowledge that I will not make application for a loan elsewhere during the period Faith Financial Group, Inc. is negotiating for me. If any Loan or Loans are closed with any Lender, or equity raised from one of our investors, which was provided a loan package for this, or any other properties that I own or have an interest in, by Faith Financial Group, Inc., within one year of the loan package delivery, Faith Financial Group, Inc. has earned their fee disclosed on this agreement. If an approval or commitment for this loan or investment is successfully negotiated for me, I agree to pay Faith Financial Group, Inc. 1% of the amount financed to cover Faith Financial Group's Origination fee. In addition a processing fee of $650 for each loan and $65 for each credit report needed is non refundable. The appraisal, inspection, credit and processing fees are paid separate from the Origination fee and is non-refundable The lender may charge its own fees in addition to Faith's fees. Faith Financial Group Inc. is authorized to cause the lender to disperse said amount, payable to Faith Financial Group, Inc. order, from the principal amount of the net proceeds of the loan.
